The Twins and the Padres are set to square off in game one of a four game series. Blake Snell is on the mound for the Padres. Snell has not been able to find his Cy Young form in San Diego and currently rocks a 4.75 ERA. Joe Ryan has been one of the surprise bright spots for the Twins this year with a 7-3 record and a 2.89 ERA. Their are big bats throughout both of these lineups so it will be interesting to see who strikes first. I have to give the edge to the Twins though simply due to the fact that this pitching matchup on paper is a bit lopsided.
