Mitch Marner is having himself an amazing start to the 2022-2023 NHL season, producing over a point per game through the first 25 games where he has 29 points.
This is nothing new for Mitch Marner, last season he had 97 points in 72 games, including 8 points in 7 playoff games while the Maple Leafs crashed out of the first round.
Mitch Marner will go down in Maple Leafs history after last night’s game, as Marner picked up his 18TH game in a row with a point, which ties the franchise record for most consecutive games with a point.
The record is held by Darryl Sittler who had a 18 game point streak in 1977-1978, and Eddie Olczyk who had a 18 game point streak in 1989-1990.

The Leafs celebrated the achievement in style, with a water bottle shower and a griddy.
