Kris Letang suffered a stroke last Monday night, which is the second he has had in his life. The good news was that this second one was less severe than the first.
The team announced on Wednesday that Kris Letang would be out indefinitely, giving no time frame for his return to play.
This news may surprise many, but Kris Letang is already back on the ice in full gear.

He is not practicing with the team, but he is in full gear training with the Penguins coaches on the ice, which is amazing to see.
Kris Letang has played 21 games this season, scoring 1 goal and assisting 11 for a total of 12 points.
Letang recently signed a 6 year deal with the Penguins with an AAV of $6.1M, so it is certainly good to see him feeling good and already back on the ice.
Not many details were released about the stroke, but to see him back on the ice already is a very good sign about his health.
